In a world characterized by rapid technological evolution and increasing global competition, organizations recognize the importance of effectively acquiring, managing, and transferring knowledge to stay competitive. This scientific article focuses on strategies related to knowledge management in organizations. Knowledge acquisition involves the identification and collection of relevant information both internally and externally to the organization. This can be achieved through research, data analysis, and collaboration with experts in the field. Knowledge management involves organizing and structuring this information so that it is easily accessible and usable by employees. Knowledge management can have a significant impact on innovation, decision-making, and problem-solving within an organization. In addition, it can improve operational efficiency and adaptability to changes in the business environment. Therefore, strategies for the acquisition, management, and transfer of knowledge are essential to the long-term success of any organization. This management is essential in today's business world. This scientific article explores these strategies in detail, highlighting their importance and benefits in the modern business environment.
