This research corresponds to the project's first phase "Health and Safety at Work in the Context of Disability", which aims to design a decision support tool for implementing reasonable accommodation. The tool seeks to improve the independence, well-being, performance, and quality of life of employees with physical disabilities while reducing reprocessing and undue burden on the company by addressing the differences between reasonable accommodation identified by the employer and the perceived needs of employees with disabilities. This document presents the preliminary criteria and sub-criteria, which will be validated in a second phase by a panel of experts for final incorporation into the decision support tool.
