This document exposes the experience of inter-school research between the school of legal sciences and the multimedia chain, where it is intended to support learning exercises on the issue of compliance with rights through the management and processing of the guardianship action. for students of legal sciences, therefore, it is necessary to create academic spaces based on real situations to achieve significant learning in students, so from technological innovation initiatives it is postulated to make a video game that allows creating real scenarios, motivations that They allow users to learn about the guardianship action and provide solutions to problems typical of the Colombian context. Thus, this proposal is a mixed-type investigation where qualitative and quantitative data converge to identify the effectiveness and usability of the possible video game, in addition to the fact that this technological resource facilitates the learning processes through extrinsic motivation and play.
