This scientific paper aims to understand how job satisfaction influences productivity, for this purpose, documentary research is carried out in which an in-depth review of the studies and theories that gave relevance to this topic throughout history is carried out. In the same way, information is collected and analyzed that shows how the lack or deficiency of certain factors conducive to job satisfaction in the productivity of Mexican workers affects. The results of this research provide an overview of the reality of human capital in our country, especially after the health crisis caused by COVID-19, hence the need of the human resources area to provide well-being to its employees because the success of companies or organizations depends on them.
