Sustainable innovation, organizational culture and human management: a systematic literature review
Innovation is key for companies as a source of competitiveness and, therefore, it is important to study the variables that increase it in a sustainable way. The background suggests that there are two highly relevant variables, of an intangible nature, that can enhance or inhibit innovation: the human and the cultural. Thus, the objective of this work is to answer the following question: What investigations have analyzed innovation in terms of human resources and organizational culture? To answer the question, a systematic literature review process was carried out, applying keywords in the Scopus database and reading the results based on a protocol developed by the researchers. The results allowed us to find that there is very little research that addresses the innovation - human resources - culture triad and, therefore, there are relevant knowledge gaps to cover with scientific evidence. A work is presented whose value lies in the recommendations for future novel research.
