This document aims to study the impact of the interests of investors from developed countries, in the standardization of accounting as a consequence of the expansion of business in this globalized world, for which, a general overview of regulations is given. accounting in the globalization of business, in order to identify the need to keep up with its changes and use it for the purpose of generating useful, reliable and standardized information in decision-making and business development in globalization. The methodology used in this scientific essay is documentary research that collects and analyzes data and information in order to meet the stated objective through a critical reflection judgment.
