Considerations of co-mediation in the mediation process

Alternative justice in the Mexican State establishes the human right of access to justice, based on heterocompositive and self-positive mechanisms, in the latter, there are alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation. In which a voluntary process is carried out by the parties involved and the role of the facilitator called mediator, is neutral and impartial in the process, however, the figure of the co-mediator, contributes to the processes strengthening confidence, increasing the actions capable of carrying out in the resolution of the conflict. Derived from this, this document identifies elements and considerations of co-mediation in the mediation process.
