Benefits of the Flexible Curriculum at UJAT
The overall objective of this research is to know the acceptance and benefit provided by the flexible curriculum model to students from the different Academic Divisions of the Universidad Juárez de Tabasco. Therefore, the research was carried out in the 12 academic divisions of the institution, specifically in 24 bachelor's degrees. As a result, valuable information regarding their perception of the flexible curriculum model was brought. The qualitative approach with descriptive classification was used; furthermore, it is a field study, because it was developed within the facilities of the Academic Divisions of the Institution, which enabled us to obtain the required information through the individuals concerned; namely, students themselves. The results obtained show that 82.98% of students know the model, while 17.02% said they did not know it. As a conclusion, the perception that university students have about the Educational Model when making the Potential Demand is good with 37.3% while only 3.92% think that it is bad.
