Heutagogical leadership and collective knowledge management in hybrid education for sustainability and territorial job security
The experience explores heutagogical leadership and collective knowledge management in hybrid education, focused on sustainability and territorial occupational safety. Its objective is to train professionals in Occupational Health and Safety through a hybrid, inclusive, and supportive educational model that combines territorial leadership and contextualized ethical management. The contributions of neuroeducation and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) are noteworthy, as they allow pedagogical strategies to be adapted to cognitive diversity, learning styles, and learning rhythms, promoting student autonomy, motivation, and emotional well-being. The combination of face-to-face and virtual environments facilitates meaningful and flexible learning spaces, while the teacher assumes the role of mediator, facilitator, and transformative leader. This training experience promotes education with social and territorial relevance that responds to local issues, integrating technical and cultural knowledge to promote healthy and safe work environments. The results demonstrate comprehensive training, educational innovation, and ethical commitment that contribute to territorial sustainability. The experience is replicable and scalable, consolidating a pedagogical approach that harmonizes innovation, ethics, inclusion, and social responsibility for sustainable development through higher education.
