Perceptions and expectations of multimedia engineering students at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG) regarding the working conditions of 3d animators in major film studios and production companies

This research examines the perceptions and expectations of multimedia engineering students at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG) regarding the working conditions of 3D animators in major film studios and production companies. By reviewing interviews, previous studies, and conducting a survey among students, the study highlights the challenges faced by 3D animators, such as long working hours, lack of job stability, and low salaries. The research also
emphasizes how the lack of information about these conditions impacts the perception and motivation of future professionals.
Furthermore, the importance of fostering a healthy work environment to encourage creativity and productivity is underscored. The findings indicate that while students have a critical view of the industry, they also acknowledge opportunities for professional growth in certain cases
