Displaced persons and environmental refugees
In a general framework, the displaced and environmental refugees are in a process of continuous growth, the level of application and creation of laws must be accurate, being both internally and internationally referring to the individual part and rights of each human being. There are various factors that participate in this problem or that are affected by the same situation, issues that range from a cultural, social to economic perspective. The environmental impact on society has transgressed borders and territories in various nations, so this phenomenon and social fact should be considered a priority in a local, regional, state, national and international scenario, creating and legislating in this regard as well as contemplating it in the institutional development plans.
