Effectiveness of health coaching

This article highlights the effectiveness of health coaching having considered papers of high scientific quality. The main priority lies on meta-analysis empirical studies and systematic reviews, stored in specialized databases such as PubMed and ELSEVIER. Examining these works clearly indicates substantial improvements in the experimental groups into which coaching processes was applied, highlighting the development of diverse skills and resources in the client. This makes evident the effectiveness of coaching to achieve the health objectives of patients, professionals and health organizations. The research also reflects the permanent need of improving coaching in its theoretical, structural, and procedural basis.
