Various skills, as a resilience element in people with disability conditions

This article presents the result systematization of the project Unadiversa as significant learning experience for students and graduates of the Psychology program UNAD through psychosocial interventions with people in disability status, by actions such as training seminars, meeting skills, volunteering and recognition sallies, in order to reconstruct the concept of disability from
the perspective of diverse skills and talents articulated to strengthen support networks and social inclusion so that people with disability conditions be able to adapt themselves to their difficulties without a loss of life project, allowing to recover their well-being or progress to a level of resilience by means of emotional and environmental protective factors.

This paper concludes with a thoughtful approach, from the contextual and pedagogical topics in which the role and ethical, social and political responsibility of the university are analyzed,
compared with the attention to vulnerable population in order to work towards an inclusive and accessible society for all its members.
