LA INCORPORACIÓN DE NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS EN LA EDUCACIÓN MATEMÁTICA UNIVERSITARIA PARA LA ENSEÑANZA DEL CONCEPTO: PARAMETRIZACIÓN DE UNA FUNCIÓN

Resumen

El campo de la matemática educativa como concepto contemporáneo, representa una conexión entre las Matemáticas, Ciencias Sociales y las Humanidades, tomando de las matemáticas su dimensión cultural y de las otras, el dominio de las prácticas y construcción de significados compartidos. Actualmente se asume que las matemáticas son indispensables para la formación intelectual de los individuos, reflejado tanto en las Reformas Educativas nacionales como transnacionales. Se vislumbran investigaciones donde se incorporan entornos virtuales, modelación, socialización, para caracterizar el aprendizaje vinculando el individuo y la sociedad; en este sentido, se tiende a que el alumno desarrolle el pensamiento matemático para operar sobre una red de conceptos y procedimientos, avanzados ó elementales, más allá del manejo de las técnicas. El objetivo es que los docentes puedan transmitir los conceptos matemáticos incorporando el uso de tecnologías en el aula mediante una elección adecuada de la herramienta tecnológica para que resulte atractiva y motivadora a los estudiantes como medio para enriquecer el aprendizaje de los conceptos. En este trabajo se muestra cómo incide satisfactoriamente en los resultados haber abordado el aprendizaje del concepto parametrización de una función, en el aula universitaria, mediante el uso de las tecnologías.

Abstract

The field of mathematics education as a contemporary concept represents a connection between mathematics, social sciences and humanities, taking the cultural dimension of mathematics and not only the mastering practices but also the construction of shared meanings from the others. Currently it is assumed that mathematics is indispensable for the intellectual formation of individuals, reflected in both national and transnational Educational Reforms. Investigations where virtual environments, modeling and socialization are incorporated to characterize learning linked to the individual and society. In this sense , we tend students to develop mathematical thinking to operate on a network of concepts and procedures, basic or advanced, beyond techniques management. The goal is for teachers to convey mathematical concepts incorporating the use of technology in the classroom by a suitable choice of technological tool that is attractive and motivating to students as a means to enhance the learning of concepts. This paper shows how it has addressed the learning concept of a function parameter in the university classroom, through the use of technologies has a positive influence on the results
