Economic violence in the family environment is a form of abuse that has profound implications for the internal dynamics of families and society in general. Through a qualitative approach using the method of systematic and descriptive analysis, mainly, it is revealed that education, the educational system, socioeconomic background and family origin are social factors that influence the configuration of family experiences and the perpetuation of economic violence. It highlights the lack of legal specificity in Mexico regarding economic violence and the urgent need for public policies that strengthen family cohesion and mitigate these silent harms. The study underlines the importance of addressing these problems from a comprehensive, doctrinal approach and analyzes fundamental concepts to understand this social phenomenon from a normative perspective, considering both educational and socioeconomic factors to promote a more just and equitable family environment.
