The technological program of Analysis and development of information systems (ADSI) of the Industry and Construction Center of the SENA Regional Tolima does not have an efficient way of managing the training and production processes that has generated learning problems in many apprentices who they make them uncompetitive compared to market demand and, in the employment relationship, where many graduate apprentices end up doing other functions less than those for which they were prepared. In this sense, the objective of the present project is to apply a BPM for the academic process of the apprentices in analysis and development of information systems of the industry center and the construction of the Tolima regional SENA, in order that the apprentices obtain the skills up-to-date and have an impact on the labor market (Garayar 2017; Pérez, 2018). The methodology has a quantitative, descriptive approach, the research technique is the survey, from which the training and production processes will be measured. The population is made up of all the students of File Number 22534862 of the second semester of the year 2020 of the Information Systems Design Analysis (ADSI) of the National Learning Service (SENA) of Industry and Construction of the Tolima Region, which amounts to 31 apprentices. The sample is of a non-probabilistic type, and is made up of the 31 apprentices of the program. The variable is the academic labor process of ADSI constituted by the dimensions inductive, formative and productive process. The results of a statistical report about the efficiency of the aforementioned processes are expected, and a BPM proposal as a solution to the deficiencies found.
