Determination of tools in the development of a strategic product plan of the Tecnnosalud research group
The research groups are generators of new knowledge as a result of the research carried out by their teams over time. The social appropriation of this new generated knowledge makes it possible to make research results available to beneficiaries and interested parties, to allow the democratization of access and use of knowledge among the different social actors, based on a common language and serving as the basis for transformational innovation processes. . The Tecnnosalud research group attached to the School of Health Sciences of the National Open and Distance University is focused on the design, execution and evaluation of research projects in the area of health. The purpose of this document is to show the appropriate methods to develop a strategic plan for the appropriate research results and products to properly manage the social appropriation and innovation strategies of the research group. The problem is generated by the lack of a plan that allows the monitoring of research products that guide the development of innovation projects and social appropriation of knowledge, caused by the lack of use of own research results and insufficient methods for tracking and use of applicable research results, for which it is proposed to implement managerial management tools and strategies, based on the application of the PMBOK methodology that allow analyzing the diagnosis of related indicators and evaluating possible solutions for improving them.
