Improvement of the colombian public educational system supported by cloud computing

The qualitative results are presented in the use of Information and Communication Technologies, in the field of Basic primary, basic secondary and middle education, of the public system of the Republic of Colombia, supported by software products, which offer bases data, office applications, online security, teamwork from different parts of the world, efficiency in data management, the Software as a Service G Suite For Education from Google LLC is used. From the current contexts and in the understanding of the need for data electronically, for the improvement of missionary, strategic and support processes of the Agricultural Technical Educational Institution of Suarez, since 2018 an Academic Management model has been implemented. supported by Cloud Computing, which through qualitative results is a benchmark and serves as a model for private and public education institutions to implement in their institutional work. Technology and information technology brings improvements internally and externally in human processes, migration from traditional systems to binary systems, helps to improve and preserve the environment and in the decision-making process based on up-to-date data.
