This document reports the findings related to the perceptions, feelings and emotions of the participants in a coaching process from the Evidence-based Integrative Approach to Coaching and Psychology (EICPbe ©). A coaching process that gave benefits to 34 university students from different institutions in Colombia, Mexico and Chile. This study was carried out during 2020 and 2021 following the route established in the Interpersonal Relations Intervention-Research Protocol based on the EICPbe ©.

The findings show, from the qualitative point of view, the relevance of the proposed coaching process to improve  the participants interpersonal relationships and gave evidence that the coaching process facilitates  the identification of opportunities for improvement of interpersonal relationships by the coachees, observing also how perceptions, feelings and emotions gradually changed thanks to the eight sessions that made the process up.
