This work is the product of the research that was carried out, addressing a tele-psychology experience, developed in the family environment, with a 7-year-old girl, aimed at strengthening the cognitive process of attention and the management of adjustment disorder, implementing actions of accompaniment through play, plastic and narrative expression, which contribute to the quality of life of the child and general well-being of the family. It is developed under a qualitative approach and, from behavioral psychology, in 6 sessions, in a family context, through interactive Telepsychology activities, through video calls by the WhatsApp application, addressed to a 7-year-old girl, applying as an instrument a semi-structured interview, in order to recognize information corresponding to the sociodemographic data, structure, dynamics and needs of the family system, as part of the process of support and accompaniment in adjustment and attention disorder, aimed at the entire family nucleus.
