Gestión de recursos humanos en pequeñas y medianas empresas
La adaptación de la Gestión de Recursos Humanos (GRH) en Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (PYMEs) es fundamental de cara al rendimiento, la innovación y la competitividad; por ello, se propone a identificar las prácticas más benéficas para estas. Metodología: mediante un estudio documental descriptivo, se revisaron 50 artículos entre 2018 y 2023, evaluados mediante la herramienta MMAT para asegurar la calidad de los mismos. Resultados: las prácticas efectivas de GRH en las PYME son cruciales para su éxito y sostenibilidad, destacando la atracción y retención del talento humano, el desarrollo de habilidades, la innovación y la adaptación al cambio, resaltando la importancia de digitalizar la GRH para mejorar procesos y promover un entorno laboral exitoso. Discusión y conclusión: se discuten la importancia de la gestión del riesgo y la necesidad de adopción de tecnologías propias de la industria 4.0, así como la necesidad de explorar en futuros estudios cómo dicha adopción se está dando en las mismas.
