El Maestro Ondas in the department of Caquetá
Objective: to determine the incidence generated by the teacher who participates in the Programa Ondas (Minciencias), with its students through research groups since the development of their pedagogical practices in the department of Caquetá. Methodology: A mixed approach study was carried out, with a cross-sectional and descriptive experimental design. 171 teachers from 16 municipalities of the region participated, through the application of interviews. Results: The results consider the types of incidents. 1) the professional development component that leads the teacher to improve their academic and investigative profile. 2) the educational component that promotes innovative pedagogical practices to guide teaching and facilitate learning. Conclusions: The main inference was the continuity of the Program within the territorial development strategies in each department of Colombia.
