Towards a reflective writing: between literature and praxeology

This reflection article is based on my practice of several years accompanying the profession of writing at the university (praxeological workshops, thesis direction, initiation to research), as well as on my readings, publications and praxeological research works. I will show how writing in praxeological workshops, whose approach is partly inspired by psychoanalysis and partly by literature, allows any educator to co-construct a praxeological stance. In this sense, the avenues of reflection proposed here raise the question of the transmission of practice through writing and, more broadly, of the conditions to implement the instituting dimension of all training practice. Both in the proposed writing device and in the research carried out, the hypotheses (and the results) are the fruit of a personal path.
