The main objective of this article is to evaluate the results of the Saber-Pro test within the framework of the analysis of the educational system at all levels, which is in the process of permanent evaluation through standardized tests applied to students at the end of each cycle. An analysis was carried out of the results of the test applied to new professionals in Social Work in Colombia between 2016 and 2022. From secondary sources, 34 representative universities were selected, 17 with high-quality accreditation and 17 without this certification. There is a high difference in the results depending on the type of university, the geographical region and the economic and social conditions in which these trainings are offered. The performance of Social Work, in general, was better than in other reference programs in Colombia. Furthermore, the greatest difficulties for new professionals are related to data management and analysis and poor performance in English skills.
