Law of origin and normative determinations of the Nation State - Contrasts in the management of the Biocultural Colombia territory from the indigenous approach
In the understanding of the Biocultural Territory from the indigenous peoples in Colombia, the recognition of the individual as part of a “whole nature” is proposed. This vision transcends anthropocentrism, linking the individual in a co-responsibility of being in nature. In this sense, the community character links the ontology of being a community member – fellow inhabitant, product of ideological, social and economic structures that are sustained by their close nature (territory) and contrary to anthropocentric discourse. These dimensions are analyzed from the analogical hermeneutic exercise as an alternative to the Eurocentric discourse, developing a biocultural approach, which is concerned with understanding the law of origin, in the construction of being in nature, incorporating traditional knowledge in the analysis of conditions. that the nation State and supranational policies impose. In this way, the ways in which the inhabiting community in a given territory proposes the management of its own are highlighted.
