Para esta editorial de RIAA hemos querido rendir homenaje a uno de los más importantes investigadores colombianos: Orlando Fals Borda, sociólogo. Para ello, presentamos apartes de algunas lecturas de sus textos y lo presentamos como una provocación para retomar una de las preguntas que planteaba Fals Borda: "¿qué exigencias nos ha hecho y nos hace la realidad en cuanto a nuestro papel como científicos y en cuanto a nuestra concepción y utilización de la ciencia?"
