The objective of this scientific article is to show the results of the analysis carried out on the relationship that exists between the learning capacity of organizations and organizational performance based on High Performance Work Systems due to the current need for innovation for the improvement of human talent in the different areas of organizations. For the execution of the investigation, a deductive method was implemented on the results obtained in the application of three data collection instruments, so that in the development it is observed that human resources practices are not implemented in isolation but as a system. integrated aimed at creating characteristics of the labor force. The results of this research show that there is a positive correlation between selection, equipment, communication, compensation and training within the organization.
