Design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System under the Colombian Technical Standard ISO 45001: 2018, in the company Coocatrans L.T.D.A. of the Department of Casanare
The present work aims to Design the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, under the NTC ISO 45001: 2018, in the Coocatrans L.T.D.A. of the Department of Casanare. With what is intended, to diagnose through the analysis of the context of the Company, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, against the requirements demanded by the NTC ISO 45001: 2018. Generate a work plan, for the preparation and execution, oriented to the Design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System under the Colombian Technical Standard ISO 45001: 2018 and Develop the documented information of the Health and Safety Management System in the Work, required by the NTC ISO 45001: 2018. For this, a methodology was taken into account in which the application of a Matrix was involved where the items on the level of compliance with the requirements established in the NTC ISO 45001: 2018 will be established, compared to the documented Information that the Company has. Once the analysis is carried out, the different findings are presented and this will serve as a starting point for the elaboration of the missing documented information and adjustment if required. The treatment of the data will be done in through the separation of content units; Therefore, the information was organized with the following dimensions: Dimension of Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Dimension of internal Communication and the dimension of participation and consultation.
