Paternity. Right over the unborn child
In the development of this article, the progress that the Mexican State has managed to establish in its legal norms in relation to Human Rights is described. In it, the pronouncements held by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation regarding the right to life, abortion and the right of women to decide the free exercise of motherhood are valued. These pronouncements constitute a violation of life: the fundamental right of the human being and the right of paternity of the unborn child.
