The cyber-environment as an environment within the cyber-space. Legal-environmental perspective
The present work aims to generate a conception about a digital system, until now known, but not recognized from the perspective of environmental law, since from the cultural evolution since the 20th century, a (virtual) world has been generated that coexists and it interacts with the physical reality of the modern human being, and constitutes an indispensable space for the development of cultural activities (social, political and economic) in the world; It has thus been configured, in an adjacent but indispensable way for the development of current life, that space has become the nucleus of the evolution of human activities, taking in an evolutionary way, multiple names, such as the internet, the network, also known as cyber -spice; However, the rapidity of its development has not made it possible to conceptualize that environment that was created, that cyber-environment that now constitutes an inalienable part of the environment.
