This article analyzes innovation and entrepreneurship as key characteristics in inclusive education for virtual, in-person, and hybrid higher education formats. As part of the research project PIE039, a case study was conducted on the technological design and integration within curricular processes at UNAD. The study concludes that the use of technological innovations, such as Big Data, enables the optimization and integration of systems that work synergistically, benefiting the entire UNAD community. This tailored approach meets the institution's requirements, promoting inclusive education with quality and relevance to both its internal needs and those of its social context. This initiative was recognized with the Ingenio 2023 Award for success cases in the Education sector.
