The future, here and now, presents itself as a reality that surpasses fiction, when progress, pushed to the extreme, exceeds what is humanly acceptable in terms of possibility, new ways of understanding humanity in relation to nature, its boundaries, and scope are created, where the limits of human intervention in relation to the world and the advances in technology and innovation stemming from Artificial Intelligence, which is growing at an accelerated and unexpected pace, are questioned, expanding the ongoing debate on the causes and effects of current technology and scientific advancements by introducing new doubts and dilemmas, which warrants critical reflection on the ethical, philosophical, and anthropological implications arising from the development of artificial intelligence and transhumanism, analyzing their effects on the contemporary understanding of human dignity, personal identity, and the limits of technological intervention in the human condition, questioning how this is threatened when technological advancements blur our understanding of what it means to be human.
