To begin work related to early childhood, it is convenient to select the strategies that effectively favor the development and well-being of infants, in this sense this article shares some benefits inferred in specialized readings on the subject. Music therapy as a learning strategy in the educational-pedagogical process in early childhood consists of using music as a tool to contribute to learning and development, through the cognitive, emotional and social development of students, which, in turn, improves their ability to learn and acquire information. The aim of this article is to present a reflection on the benefits of music therapy as a learning strategy in early childhood. The methodology is developed from rationalism, using as a technique the reading of bibliography to argue the benefits of music therapy as a learning strategy.
