Analysis Of The Collection Points Of Usable Solid Waste In The Sogamoso City Downtown Macro Route.

Nowadays the waste that is produced in the downtown-macro route from Sogamoso is deposited directly to the collection trucks and there have not been identified nodes or collection points characterized according to the sectors and populations that use it, which allows the waste to mix and alter the necessary properties for its reuse. The purpose of this research proposal is to design a project management methodology for the optimization of usable solid waste collection points in the downtown-macro route of the city of Sogamoso from the technique of networks and good practices consigned in the PMBOK, which serve as input for the application to comprehensive solid waste management plans executed by the city's public services company governed by the resolution 754 from 2014, in order to identify the production quantities, types of waste and potential uses that are not being exploited due to the lack of characterization of the collection points in the supply networks of the macro route.
