Vocational management plan for rural young people of Yacopí Cundinamarca: an approach from project management.

The purpose of this article was to create a professional vocational management plan for rural youth in Yacopí Cundinamarca, having as a problem the incorrect association of strategies in providing vocational support to rural youth in access to higher education, in methodological development, Three stages were carried out, in the first moment the diagnosis of professional vocational management was established, through a documentary review and collection of direct information by surveys, in a second moment, the shortcomings in projection of a cause-effect correlation were analyzed through the diagram Pareto, the matrix of priorities and the judgment of experts, in a third moment a technical-economic analysis was carried out, through the use of cost benefit and selection criteria. The results obtained were: In the diagnosis, financial, academic and social difficulties were evidenced, as well as ignorance of study methodologies, shortage of training centers, territorial limitations and shortcomings in municipal strategies. Subsequently, alternative solutions were identified, partial financing for average students, motivation and youth entrepreneurship, and the formation of the psycho-vocational office as one of the strategies with the highest degree of compliance according to technical-economic guidelines. Finally, in the results, the solution alternatives were evaluated using cost-benefit tools and selection criteria. Finally, it is concluded that the management plan produces a 6% increase in the rates of accessibility to higher education for rural youth, improving the economic and social development of the municipality.
