The project "Evaluation of user experience and usability of people with disabilities on the UNAD platforms" aims to improve accessibility and usability of the academic platforms of the UNAD open and distance learning university for people with disabilities. The ultimate goal is to identify and prioritize areas for improvement and ensure a satisfactory and equitable user experience for all users.

To achieve this goal, a systematic literature review will be conducted to identify best practices and recommendations for accessible design and user experience for people with disabilities in the use of UNAD academic platforms. Additionally, compliance with international web accessibility standards and regulations will be evaluated on each platform.

Specific techniques and tools adapted to the needs of people with disabilities will be used to evaluate user experience and usability, with the aim of collecting valuable information for the improvement of academic platforms. Usability tests will also be conducted with people with disabilities to evaluate the level of accessibility and ease of use of the platforms.

The results obtained are expected to improve the accessibility and usability of UNAD academic platforms for people with disabilities, promoting inclusion and equal opportunities in access to education and information.
