Proposal for a quality management system for educational organizations (SGOE) ISO: 21001: 2018 in alignment with the ISO: 10006 2017 standard, for the Paideia School corporation, vereda el Totumo De Ibagué

This presents the proposal for the adoption of the ISO 10006:2017 standard Quality management systems - Guidelines for quality management in projects and ISO 21001:2018 that corresponds to the management system in educational organizations and that can be applied in the preschool, basic primary and secondary education, which are the training levels of the Paideia School Corporation, and in particular, for private educational organizations in Ibagué Tolima.

This is a proposal that will respond to the difficulty of how to adopt and execute the management system in the aforementioned Corporation, which intends to be certified, as well as to articulate it with the quality standard in project management processes, since in the educational institution several are developed.

In this, several stages were used, including the documentary review, the diagnosis, the description of the problem, the knowledge of the ISO 21001 and 10006 standard, the explanation of the context, the qualitative approach methodology, of the applied type, with a Non-Experimental Transversal - Causal design, of descriptive - explanatory scope, with a non-probabilistic sample selection, which included instruments such as documentation of existing processes, observation to establish what the institution has, obtaining information through dialogues with the members of the Corporation's quality team, as well as the implementation proposal. Finally, some partial findings and conclusions are presented.
