BPM methodology is an effective tool that allows understanding and improving existing processes within an organization, with the aim of increasing process efficiency and effectiveness. The purpose of this document is to analyze the self-assessment process at the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) through the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) methodology, combined with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). This results in modeling the current state of the process and its redesign for the future state, serving as a starting point for process optimization.
