Design of a quality management system for a dried mango processing plant
The purpose of the investigation was to design a Quality Management System in a dehydrated mango processing plant in the city of Valledupar (Cesar), in order to guarantee the safety and quality of the product, during its processing and commercialization.
For the design of the quality management system in the dehydrated mango processing plant, the following were applied: good manufacturing practices (BPM), complemented by standard sanitation operating procedures (POES) and the hazard and point analysis system. control critical (HACCP).
