There are few existing methods for the evaluation of usability and accessibility that evaluate these for a variety of systems and without focusing on specific types of users. That is why a model has been created that allows usability and accessibility to be evaluated in a general context, dividing this project into three large parts.

The first one consists of an introductory and learning part of the most important concepts to know for the realization of the model, as well as research on recent innovations in the field. And the second one, all the existing evaluation methods and guidelines are analyzed and, based on this analysis, a new model is created that allows evaluating both the usability and the accessibility of the different interactive systems.

Finally, based on the evaluation model created, a tool is designed for expert evaluators whose main function will be to carry out the evaluations in a faster and easier way.
