This working paper presents a case study on inclusive design from a gender perspective of a job search web portal in Colombia. Transgender and non-binary people are discriminated against in Colombia to exercise their right to work, and the main job search web portals are not inclusive. The case study presents the problems that a group of trans and non-binary people experience when interacting with job search web portals, proposes an inclusive design solution based on these experiences that improves similar portals, and advances the research carried out to date with the proposal of a gender inclusion seal and the personalization of pronouns. The case study has been carried out within the context of a Master's Final Project (TFM) in the User Experience Design Master's Degree in 2022.
