The automation of attention in the virtual classroom and its impact on the teaching-learning process has become a necessity for higher education institutions that work under this modality, and where currently this type of teaching and methodology has been increasing in partly due to the global pandemic that took place in 2020.

This document will show a technological surveillance process as an approach to review the impact of these automation processes and the use of artificial intelligence tools on virtual campuses, for which a technological surveillance tool and various monitoring tools are used. bibliographic analysis.
