This project is introduced in the analysis of management strategies, tools and methods and PMBOK, for the creation of a management plan aimed at rural youth, the rigor of the process is carried out through the implementation of the Dofa matrix for the sake of clarify with greater assertiveness the various factors that impact on the problem according to the different weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities that are obtained from the study, for this the use of tools for the collection, tabulation and dissemination of data is contemplated, with the respective selection appropriate according to the purpose, and end of the process.
