Organizations require the most competitive and motivated human talent, aligned with their principles and strategy. The ability to maintain empowered human platforms within an adequate communication and relationship structure foster the formation of solid work teams. This document illustrates a review of different authors that link organizational culture and climate with the empowerment of people and the conformation of work teams, from the approach of integration management according to PMI. The scope is delimited in the review and analysis of documentary information from different recognized databases.
