The main purpose of this document is to identify and analyze, through the framework of references, the tools and methods necessary to determine a successful and comprehensive feasibility study for the production of a coagulant.

In a feasibility study of an innovation company, such as the development of an organic coagulant of natural origin, it is vital to identify and analyze the problem, which allowed the development of a strategic plan of the business idea, through the selection of the available tools and methods of project management. Then, through the frame of reference and a SWOT analysis, the search and selective characterization of the appropriate tools that allow a global analysis that defines and develops the feasibility study according to the aspects, guidelines and innovation of the project is carried out. Subsequently, with the appropriate project management tools and strategies according to the weaknesses of the project, the respective information of the limitations, risks, opportunities and requirements for the development of the project is obtained. Finally, the best option of strategic management decisions was defined with the selected methodology.
