In this article, the results obtained so far from the research based on the realization of a pilot project are disclosed, the purpose of which is to develop an application for mobile devices that allow viewing 3D files through augmented reality and introduce its use as a strategy. teaching in the Unadista chair course taught at the National Open and Distance University in the field of virtual education.

This project initiative aims to encourage students to  participate, collaborate and improve  performance in the classroom, to educate teachers about the educational opportunities offered by ICT to participate in everyday educational practices, and to stimulate them to integrate these solutions in the classroom to create spaces that surprise students.
