Over the years and the digital transformation, different processes in national and international, private and public companies have changed, offering benefits to streamline procedures and avoid reprocessing. For the specific case of Colombia, the national government issued decree 088 of January 24, 2022 for the streamlining and automation of procedures, through which the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications - MINTIC establishes the guidelines to facilitate, streamline and guarantee access to procedures through digital means.
