Recognition And Diagnosis Of The Tools And Strategies Of Project Management In The Study Of Architecture Of Management Processes In The Operation And Administration Of Aaa Public Services
In this document I allow myself to outline the identification of the reference framework of the tools and methods necessary to determine an architecture study of managerial processes which is focused on the company of residential public services of Armero Guayabal ESPAG SA ESP in terms of its operation. and administration in the three services (Aqueduct, sewage and Cleanliness) to determine an organizational management model in their systems, a selection of the available tools and methods of project management is made. Then, through the frame of reference and a DOFA analysis, the search and selective characterization of the appropriate tools are carried out to determine the best solution alternatives for the provision of the service according to the diagnosis initially made for the company in question; at the same time, these alternatives will be evaluated by means of MPBOK cost techniques to determine an organizational management model in the public services of AAA of Armero Guayabal- Tolima
