The main purpose of this document is to identify through the reference framework what are the tools and methods necessary to determine a successful and comprehensive feasibility study.

In a feasibility study of an innovation company, such as the development of an organic coagulant of natural origin, it is vital to identify the problem, which allowed the development of a strategic plan of the business idea, through the selection of the tools and methods available from PMI. Then, through the frame of reference, and a SWOT analysis, the search and selective characterization of the appropriate tools are carried out that allow a global analysis that defines and develops the feasibility study according to the aspects, guidelines and innovation of the project. Subsequently, with the appropriate tools according to the weaknesses of the project, the respective information of the limitations, risks, opportunities, requirements for the development of the project is obtained. Finally, the best option for strategic decisions of a managerial type was defined with the selected methodology.
