Due to the importance of knowing the fundamental characteristics of a project before making an investment of resources, it is necessary to carry out a set of pre-investment studies to identify, formulate and evaluate a project, thus determining the feasibility and viability of the business idea. This proposal proposes the development of a pre-investment study at a pre-feasibility level to determine the possibility of establishing a company to commercialize biodegradable disposable products in the municipality of Fusagasugá. The above mentioned will be framed in the management of Stakeholders, communication, quality and costs of the guide of the fundamentals for project management PMBOK sixth edition, hoping to build a strategic document that allows the decision making in front of the opportunity to establish a company.
